In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

kk32 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residential address at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification completion.

To access the full range of kk32 services, you must complete the registration process and create an account. The following conditions apply to all kk32 accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered kk32 account. The existence of multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — regardless of the email address, device, or payment method used — constitutes a material breach of these terms.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and must keep that information current at all times. kk32 is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by the user.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kk32 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. kk32 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Notification of breach: If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your kk32 account, you must notify our support team immediately via the contact details provided on the platform.

kk32 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving suspected fraud, breach of these terms, or provision of false registration information.

All financial transactions on the kk32 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. kk32 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100 unless otherwise specified in a current promotion. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless otherwise approved by kk32 in writing. This condition is in place to prevent money laundering and protect player funds.
• Processing times: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and may be subject to additional identity verification requirements.
• Verification before withdrawal: kk32 may require completion of full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing any withdrawal request. This may include submission of a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Currency: kk32 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any currency other than PKR, with the exception of USDT TRC20 transactions which are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.

kk32 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. kk32 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus will be specified in the promotion's individual terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's terms.
• kk32 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any active bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, including in cases where abuse of the promotion is suspected.
• Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse kk32 bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, using third-party bonus abuse services, or employing hedging strategies specifically designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in immediate cancellation of all bonuses and potential account suspension.
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported to kk32 support immediately. kk32 reserves the right to reclaim any erroneously credited bonus funds regardless of whether they have been partially or fully wagered.

The following general betting rules apply to all wagering activity conducted on the kk32 platform, including sports betting markets and casino game wagers:

• All bets are final once confirmed. kk32 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed and confirmed by the system.
• kk32 reserves the right to void any bet in the event of a technical error, data feed failure, obvious pricing error, or event cancellation.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and may vary by market, event, and user account tier. kk32 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any user account at its sole discretion.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the decision of kk32 shall be final and binding, subject to the formal complaints procedure outlined in Section 15.
• Cricket betting markets, including PSL, international T20, ODI, and Test matches, are subject to specific event rules that will be published within the relevant market at the time of the event.
• kk32 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's misunderstanding of bet type, market rules, or event outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kk32 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one kk32 account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the platform in any manner that facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other form of financial crime.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any other software designed to provide an unfair advantage in gameplay or sports betting.
• Colluding with other players, including in live dealer games, to manipulate outcomes or exploit platform mechanics.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any such incidents must be reported to kk32 support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or use of privileged information to gain an unfair advantage in sports betting markets.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by local law and using VPN or proxy tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassment, threatening, or abusive behaviour directed at kk32 staff or other platform users.

All content on the kk32 platform — including but not limited to the kk32 name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, data, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of kk32 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kk32 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit any of the following:

• Reproduction, redistribution, or public display of any kk32 content without prior written permission.
• Modification, adaptation, or creation of derivative works based on kk32 content.
• Use of kk32 intellectual property for any commercial purpose, including advertising, marketing, or resale.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any kk32 software or platform component.

Any unauthorised use of kk32 intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these terms and may result in legal proceedings.

• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any of its services, whether planned or unplanned.
• Technical errors, software malfunctions, data feed failures, or connectivity issues affecting gameplay or betting activity.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain secure login credentials.
• Reliance on any information, odds, or statistics displayed on the platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate.
